St. Paul's 'Terrible 20' Set for Resurfacing


The city of St. Paul identified 20 roads in the city as "The Terrible 20." Starting Monday, the rough roads will be repaired and resurfaced. The roads will have the top layer of pavement ground away, and that layer will be replaced by a new smooth layer.
